Important information: As we are based in The South Downs National Park, our hotel is generally suited for walkers & cyclists, therefore please be mindful of any noise levels after 10pm. There is no access into the building after 1am for these reasons.
Late Returning Guests - If returning after close (10pm weekdays & 10:30pm weekends). please let the reception know and they will advise after hours access. No access into the building after 1am.

all designed with their own individual style.
Choose from a Standard Twin Room, a Standard Double,
a Standard King, a Superior Room or a Suite
All our rooms are en-suite with flat screen televisions, tea & coffee making facilities, hair dryers, Rituals toiletries, fluffy white towels and complimentary South Downs water.
Breakfast is available weekdays between 8am and 9am which is continental only.
Breakfast on weekends is available between 9am and 10am, continental breakfast is included, you can order cooked breakfast for an additional cost.
Free wifi in the hotel and parking available
We offer packed lunches, please ask on check-in.
